Letter submitted to Chief Justice of Kerala High Court regarding the Murder of Sri. K T Varkey, Poovanolickal House, Vakathanam PO, Kottayam

about Dijo Thomas not being able to enter his house since March 2010 as 1. the Culprits attacked Dijo Thomas in Jan 2010 & bribed the Police to threaten me & disregard my complaints
2. Threats by the then Principal SI [SHO] of Vakathanam Police Station in Jan, Feb & March 2010.
In order to avoid taking weapons & resorting to Violence against the attacks of the Criminals led by Jossy and the then Principal SI [SHO] of Vakathanam Police Station in Jan, Feb & March 2010, Dijo Thomas has not entered his house since March 2010

Date: 1996/7
That day Sri. K T Varkey, my Grandfather had a fight with his son & daughter-in-law Prof. PV Thomas & Valsamma Thomas, my father & mother. I was present in the house most of the day. The verbal fight continued for many hours.
Provocation
for Murder: K T Varkey ‘s other son Thampikunju had
given 10 cents of land, worth lakhs of Rupees, including the well, free of cost
to PV Thomas, so that PV Thomas will take care of K T Varkey in his old age. K
T Varkey told PV Thomas that as he is Not looking
after him properly in his old age, he will have to give back the 10 cents of
land to Thampikunju.
The next day K T Varkey disappeared from the face of the world. PV Thomas told that K T Varkey left early in the morning to his younger son’s house, but that was later proved false.
Culprits: 1. Jossy Kondody, 2. PV Thomas, 3. Bossy Kondody [brother of Jossy Kondody], 4. Cousin Tijo Kondody, 5. Chakkappan Kondody [ex Panchayat President, father of Jossy Kondody & Bossy Kondody ]- Kondody House, Eravuchira PO, Kottayam
Jossy Kondody is the brain behind the murder & the main accused
&
other unidentified persons
Evidences: 1. PV Thomas, Jossy Kondody, Bossy Kondody, Tijo Kondody & Chakkappan Kondody bribed the local SI & CI of Police not to probe the case. I heard PV Thomas discussing this with Valsamma.
2. 1. PV Thomas, Jossy Kondody, Bossy Kondody, Tijo Kondody & Chakkappan Kondody mainly bribed the the then SP K. T Maichel [accused in sister Abaya murder case] [who is also a relative of Jossy Kondody] not to probe the case.
PV Thomas, Jossy Kondody & Chakkappan Kondody went in Jossy Kondody’s car to meet SP K. T Maichel in Kottayam.
I heard PV Thomas later telling Valsamma the details of the visit.
Attack
on Dijo Thomas by Tijo Kondody & two others on the instruction of Jossy
Kondody on Jan 2010: As I got some tips &
started an investigation into Murder of Sri. K T Varkey, Jossy Kondody & others planned the attack to
disrupt that.
Jossy Kondody & others considered me as an enemy while I was in tenth standard [1991] as I had questioned:
1. Their attempt to convert Hindus to Roman Catholics as it will create communal violence
2. Their fraud in collecting lakhs of Rupees in the name of starting an orphanage & not taking care of even one person.
I am not able to enter my house since March 2010 as they
bribed the Police to threaten me & disregard my complaints.
Jossy Kondody & others very well knew that one day I will complaint higher authorities about their Murder of K T Varkey. To scuttle that, they have been circulating false accusations against me [with the help of Top officers in Police who are their friends] so that others will not trust me & nobody will belive me when I say that K T Varkey had been murdered by them.
Request:
Kindly order the CBI to probe the case as the local Police is easily influenced
by the accused through bribes
& they have many dealings with Top Police Officers. An ex CM
of Kerala is very close to them & helps them.
