I
am Not a Politician and doesn’t have much respect for
them. I do Not intend to become a Politician. Whatever
I have to do for the Country & Society; I will do
without becomming one.
I
don’t see much merit in Toppling the
Biggest Thief in India – the Chowkidar
– and installing “anti-Chowkidar group of Thieves”, as
both groups are Thieves.
Therefore
if I should prove that EVMs can be & are
being Hacked and Results being Changed;
I will do it Conditionally Only.
I
would do it Only in a way that Indian Society will benefit.
I
can Prove that:
1. EVMs can be Hacked.
2.
They have been hacked in the past to alter Election results
3.
How EVMs can be Hacked.
4.
Finding VVPATS was more difficult, but I have found out
4 ways by which VVPATs can be hacked. The astonishing
thing is that the count will be exactly as the EVMs.
It
is Hacked by a Highly Complex method, a New Method, &
Not in the way people have been Trying to prove.
As
I have declared this, Narendra Modi will move against
me, directly or Indirectly, in the comming days.
It
can also be a Fake Case, Accident, Attempt on Life etc.
but not limited to. He may move Indirectly, as is his
usual nature. He can force any Govt. that he controls
like Pinarai Vijayan govt., TN,
Telengana to
file a fake case against me. If
Modi wants more fun, he can use even a state I have not
visited at all, like Haryana

Opposition parties are Playing into the hands of Modi.
They think they are winning, but the script is going exactly
as Modi had planned

am sure that Opposition parties haven't understood what
Modi has planned. Their Leaders are nowhere near Modi's
intelligence.

consider this: When the results are declared & Modi
wins by, manipulating EVM. What can Opposition parties
parties do, even if they have proof? The SC is clearly
favouring Modi, as is evident in Rafale case.

Attorny General Venugopal admited
to Corruption in Rafale Deal in Supreme Court : Dijo Thomas
In an interview to ABN News &
Andhra Jyothy, a very prominent media group in the
South India, on 07 March 2019, Dijo Thomas
said that Attorny General Venugopal, and by extention his client,
the Central Government led by BJP, admited to Corruption in
Rafale Deal in Supreme Court.
Many had pointed that In his submission before
Supreme Court on March 06, the Attorny General had admitted
that the Rafale papers submitted by the petitioners, were genuine,
when he stated before cout that the papers submitted by the
petioners were "stolen from the Defence Ministry".

But Dijo Thomas went a step further and
said that Attorny General Venugopal admited to Corruption in
Rafale Deal in Supreme Court. He then went on to prove that.
Dijo Thomas says that any Attorny
General worth his salt would have based his counter
arguments against the petitioners including Arun Shoorie, Prasanth
Bhushan etc. on the Merits and De-Merits of the argument
put forward by them.
Instead he choose to base his arguments solely
on the fact that the Supreme Court bench should Not consider
the review petition, & Dismiss it Totally, Just because
the Defence Ministry papers submitted by the petitioners as
evidence, were "stolen from the Defence Ministry".
On the other hand, you have to note that
the petitioners based their arguments on a number of facts,
& not only on the Defence Ministry papers. For them the
Defence Ministry papers were only supporting evedience.
Here Two Important Inferences can
be drawn by us.
1.
Attorny General Venugopal was not able to counter the argument
put forward by petitioners including Arun Shoorie, Prasanth
Bhushan etc., that there was corruption in Rafale deal, by various
anomalies in the deal, that they pointed out.
Dijo Thomas says that, Attorny General
Venugopal, was not able to counter the argument put forward
by petitioners, on the Merits and De-Merits of their argument,
was because, Indeed, there was Corruption in the deal.
2.
Attorny General Venugopal strongly argued that the Supreme Court
bench should Not consider the review petition, & Dismiss
it Totally, Just because the Defence Ministry papers submitted
by the petitioners as evidence, were "stolen from the Defence
Ministry".
At the same time he acknoledges that
the Rafale papers submitted by the petitioners are Genuine.
Dijo Thomas says that, What the Attorny
General Venugopal was really admitting before court, though
through implication, was that IF the Rafale papers were admitted
by the court as evedience, He as Attorny General, would Not
be able to defend the Government, as the papers will show, there
was corruption in the Rafale Deal, & Most Importantly, he
would Not be able to Counter it. So I [Attorny General ] request
the court to reject Not only the said papers, but also the whole
case, on the basis of the fact that it was obtained by an unauthorised
person.
What a Non-Sense of an argument
by a "Learned Attorney" on behalf of an "Responsible"
Government.
The above Two Points are enough
to SEE that the Attorny General Venugopal admited to Corruption
in Rafale Deal in Supreme Court.
